We do not provide refunds for products once they are delivered,

The product is damaged during shipping and reaches you in damaged condition.
Only in this case, a return and refund will be considered.
2. When Return & Refund Is Allowed
You may request a return or refund only if:

The product is physically damaged during delivery, and

You inform us immediately after receiving the package, and

You provide clear proof of the damage.
3. Proof Required
To process your request, you must send:

Clear photos of the damaged product

Video proof while opening the package (if available)

Order details such as name, phone number, and order ID
Without proper proof, refund or return will not be approved.
4. Time Limit to Report Damage

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this time cannot be accepted.
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

The damaged product may be asked to be returned to us, or

We may directly process the refund after verification.
Refunds will be sent using the original payment method within a reasonable number of working days.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be given for:

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
